Network Alliance
Network Alliance had hosted their site with I-Next for a number of months before we were given the opportunity to work on a redesign.
It was clear from the outset that the site would benefit from I-Next's structured approach to site design, as well as our creative talents. The first stage of the design was to undertake a "use case" analysis to understand who will use the site and how they will use it. The analysis strongly highlighted the need for a navigation system with multiple modes for users with different agendas.
The resulting site has boosted visitor numbers and extended the visit session length (site stickiness). You can see the completed site at http://www.netall.co.uk.
