Triangle Travel
Triangle Travel are an excellent example of the scalability of good web site design. Despite being a very small local travel agent, Triangle needed a professional look, and a service that was able to generate real enquiries.
Following the I-Next "use case" analysis which identified the target users and their tasks, a design based upon their shop window was prepared. Behind this I-Next built a simple system for Triangle to keep their offers up to date (sometimes by the hour!).
The site is simple, creates a familiar visual metaphor for users, and has created a useful new source of leads for Triangle. You can see it at http://www.triangletravel.co.uk.
